Our data center's outage was from ~9:09am to 9:31am US eastern. Access to all services have been restored; mail generated during the connectivity issues has been pushed out successfully. If an email you expected to be sent did not go out, contact FeedBlitz tech support after checking your list's dashboard to review the mailing's status, for instructions on how to resend it.
Unfortunately, during the outage, email opens will not have been tracked, and missed opens cannot be recaptured. As a result, open rates for mailings this morning are likely somewhat under-reported. Subscribers may also have been unable to click through, however simply retrying the link will make it work.

A systemic connectivity issue at our primary data center have rendered much of FeedBlitz's systems, amongst others, unavailable. We are monitoring the situation and will institute appropriate recovery measures for mailings and feeds when the data centers are back online.
